Thanks for the compliment. The store is clean, but could always be cleaner!! Its a never ending battle!!

I'll personally be in the store much more from now until it sells and working hard to get it more heavily stocked and running better than before.

Some more details:

2800 square feet (2000 first floor/800 second floor).

10 year lease that landlord will transfer to new owner.

Over 4,200 gallons of currently running tanks. Almost evenly split between fresh and saltwater.

We've been in business since 2004.

There is another 200 square feet of walk-in attic that I'm not including.

We also have a point of sale (POS) computer system in operation.

Our goal was to have more of a showroom, rather than the old traditional pet store. We have granite counters, recessed lighting and crown molding to give it that feel.

I would also consider just bringing in a partner/investor and stay involved.
