Help needed on how to mix salt into water? Is this what you need?

1. Put bucket on the floor.
2. Pour water into bucket.
3. Place powerhead in bucket.
4. Plug in powerhead.
5. Pour salt into bucket.

You could mix the salt and water on the floor first then scoop up into the bucket but that might not work out as well.

Okay here it goes... Follow steps 1 through 5 ... If your not using RO/DI water you have to buy one of those products that take out Chloramines and other stuff from tap water for example Amquel by Kordon, this is not a very good method but will hold you down until you get a RO/DI system... As for how much salt per gallon follow instructions on bag or bucket ... Oh and I leave my water mixing over night... Hope this helps you out..

This is the same guy that wants an "old school high tech coral reef tank" ... you don't know how to mix salt?

Just out of curiosity, do you know anything about this hobby besides staring at pictures?

Not trying to be an a$$ just being honest after reading your posts ... you don't state anything specific ... so we are left to assume.
