I've had a moon coral in my tank for about 4 months. In the last couple of weeks it has started to shrink and leave it's skeleton exposed. I'm not sure why though. I feed twice a week with phyto-feast. Other wise no spot feeding.

My tank is a 55 gal with 260watt CF. For flow I have two MJ 1200.
My water parms are:

Amm - 0
Nitrite - .05
Nitrate - 2.5
Calcium - 410
ALk - 2.6
Ph - 8.2
Phos - 0
Salinity - 1.024

My lights are on from 10 -10

Any suggestions on how to save this or am I too late? Thanks guys.

I recommend you feed it something else. These medium-polyped stonies do not eat phyto. Try larger foods like any pods (arctipods, also by reef nutrition, will probably work) or mysis shrimp. But usually, these guys don't require feeding. Your water parameters look fine, so I'm not sure what's happening. It would still be prudent to try a large water change, and perhaps change the location of the coral.
