I'm Carolyn, a wannabe reefer in the UAE. I have just set up my fourth SW tank. I have spent ALOT of time at Reefs.org over the years. I seem to come in and out of the hobby. It is really difficult for me to have the tank I'd like here in the UAE as we don't have as easy access to things as in the States. But I just keep trying...
I have just purchased a 78gallon bow front with 2x 150w 20K HQI and 2x 40w Actincs (HAQOS brand). I have an Eheim canister filter, a few strong powerheads and an Octopus skimmer. I've added about 3" of the finest sand I could find. Hopefully tomorrow LR will arrive from the LFS.
