I second that. A freshwater dip followed by hyposalinity treatment in a hospital tank would be my suggestion, but I don't have any personal experience with this particular parasite.

Thanks guys for your suggestions, I did find useful data on that forum habsfan.
As I don't have QT tank, I have been using TetraMedica-MarinOopharm product for 3 days in main tank. However no significant result seen till now.
Also I've heard hyposalinity is harmful for my anemones.
By the way I will let you know how TetraMedica works on ich.

Some Pics of my tank

Sorry for the problem there but even if you had a QT the ick is now in your "show" tank. Like many others I have been there too.

If you do not have corals or inverts simply go quickly to hyposalinity for 40 days at about 1.01. Then take at least 10 days of raising your salinity back to normal levels.

Good luck.

With an advanced infestation like that, I would setup a hospital tank and treat the fish with hyposalinity as soon as possible.

Actually, the best answer is to remove/treat all the fish at once while leaving the display system running fishless for 30+ days. Many experts consider this the best way to eradicate the parasite completely.

Thanks ChrisRD,
I changed medication program. Cus Tetramedica seemed harmful to all of them and I lost some fish.
Now I've been using Kent marine antiparasite product for 3 days and I could save some of them.

When you have a firm opinion of the Kent Marine anitparasite medication would you drop me a message? I am always interested in treatments that work or do not work.

This way if this occurs to someone else we can share the knowledge wealth among each other.

Best of luck to you.

I just finished a 12 days Kordon Ick-Attcak tratment in my 75 gallons tank - The only casualty were infected Blue Reef Chromis that my clowns and Angelfish harassed to death once ick started to show - No visible impact on shrimps, crabs and corals - Tip of day: Never let your wife buy a fish (mine gladly dumped a few Blue reef chromis in my tank, and ick showed up one week later)

Malachite green in a QT (14 days) has worked for me for fungal infections and ich. Melafix and Pimafix have proved worthless ime.

All these product are really effective- provided that you rip the fish out of the tank - not destroying anything in the process - and that the fish comes willingly into the net. Or - just nuke your entire tank with chemicals and start over. Or, ahem, throw a UV on the system and call it a day.

As I've done in the past, I will disagree with the notion that adding a UV to your system is the equivalent of proper treatment/eradication of an ectoparasite like ich. I've used them in the past - they have other potential benefits, and should help a bit when it comes to fighting ich, but they're not a total solution. They can't completely eradicate the parasite from your system.

UV units have been around the hobby for a very long time and are if they were the equivalent of treatments like hyposalinity or copper, long term aquarists and fish experts would just say "add a UV" and not advocate less convenient treatments. Also, public aquariums would just install UV units on their quarantine systems instead of bothering with other, less convenient treatments to ensure their new specimens are parasite free.

I wonder if this guys fish is still alive - mine are, due to UV.

What size uv, and size of the tank?

a UV Sterilizer will do nothing at all for a fish that is already infested with ich or some other parasite, that is unless your trying to shove said fish through the UVS, and then I pretty sure you end up with a dead fish anyhow.
