overflow box to skimmer and sump help.

:? Does anyone know where I can find step by step instructions to use a cpr overflow box with a sump and skimmer? I know nothing about how to put one of these together or even what I need to buy.
I know I am getting a cpr overflow 90 and I have a 20 gallon empty tank to use for the sump. I would rather use plastic tubing and not pvc. This will be for a 55 gallon tank.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Plumbing isn't my forte so hopefully someone else will pipe up here but here's a .pdf file of instructions from the manufacturer on the CPR overflow box:

Basically you will run a line (by the manufacturer 1 1/4 inch either PVC or flexible hose) from the underside of the overflow to your sump. Then, you'll need a pump to push the water back up from the sump to the main tank which will need similar connections.

Do you have a pump sized out yet? What I mean is that you need to figure out how big a pump you'll need to move the water back up into the tank.
