I am not sure what it is called but I am looking for something that I can plug in all the components of my tank in and be able to turn them off/on separately?

i founf a few on ebay, i think that might work. i just have to find a way to water prof it.

Why do you want to turn stuff off?

jasno999- sometimes you have to turn off your return or your skimmer or any other piece of equipment, if your working on the tank.

and if you are like me and haven't gotten timers for your lights then you have to turn them on and off manually.

I am surprised you dont have your lights on timers Jon.. you must have a better memory than me!
