Overflow "Teeth" for three sided custom made acrylic

Does anyone know where I can get the teeth for an internal overflow "routered" or sawed? I have the plain acrylic sheets to make the three sided overflow and I was wondering if someone in the forum is capable of doing the "teeth".. any help/information will be appreciated...

how thick is the acrylic?

u don't NEED teeth -=) u could be ghetto and just drill holes in it but the teeth would allow more flow dependin on how u drill holes or u could dremel it out if u make a template out of wood or somthing

It is 3/8"

That helps a lot except that I do not have the tools... :splitspin ... i know it can be done with a little bit of effort...

Go to http://www.dursostandpipes.com/ and look at the megaflow modification. The guy used plastic gutterguard available at most hardwarestore. Very easy and very effective.
