lol jason...thats a pretty funny question. Could be a number of reasons. It's probably the way you're positioning your powerheads or returns. If its too strong, it can kick up sand. Just try to find a balance by playing around with your water movers. It could also be your fish (if you have any). Some blennies or clowns have have a knack for kicking up sand for one reason or another. Other fish do it too, but those are the two that comes to mind. A little more info or maybe a pic of your tank can help us better assist you buddy. :)
