Yes. Most coral that can touch each other, and are not from the same species, will cause for one of them to be stung by the other. Relocation should fix that right up.
You will emcounter this many times over the course of the tanks use. This is where pruning or moving a particular coral from point a to point b to reduce the likelihood of corals altering light to the subordinate coral. Remember, sweeper tentacles, chemical warefare, coral growth over neighboring corals and other issues with having corals in such close proximity. You should be able to tell what is best for your corals for health and color based on appearance and react accordingly to find the balance to maintaining both corals in such a small comfined space.
