Nikon D60 question!

For those who have owned an SLR type camera for awhile. Perferrably the Nikon brand. Just your thought on the Nikon D60.

I have a friend /co-worker who has a Nikon D60 SLR DIGITAL CAMERA KIT+18-55mm VR LENS, extra lens and extras. Which he bought new from Costco somewhat a 1.5 year ago. He is selling for $400...does this sound like a good deal?
