Part I
Sometime June of 2010
an extra-ordinary event happened in this (1)peaceful farm.

Standing at this perfect (2)spying spot, over looking these beautiful (3)(4)Catskill Fields and (5)Catskill Sky, I see structures slowly emerging.

Something that looks like a (1)(2)communication pillar, sprunk up in the middle of the field.

Acting like a link between outa space or talking to the Gia of the Earth as it reaches down to over 3-5 feet deep into the soil within this (3)(4)secret site.

As the (5)night falls,
The (6)site starts to power up.

Risking a bit here, I managed to get a closer look of the (7)structures.

Getting even closer, I can see how the (8)pillar is energized. The tower measured 67' tall while the Doom measured 15' tall and 24' wide.
I should be much more carefull now as we can see people are gethering around the Doom which could be a control center, UFO lab, or a place of workship. Hmm, may be, they are not of my same faith and that it actually is an altar. Oops.)

When I get really close, I can start to see people, believers, non believers gathering.

I saw an act that frequent in the medieval times. It looks as if they are the prelude to a big offerring or workshipping.
I have to record this dispite the possibility of danger:

As you can see while they are performing the traditional ritual, the hi-tech object is giving out messages,codes that men in the streeet would not understand.


The ritual performers left but the round object continues to pump out messages to the crowd:

The message must be deep as I see Budha is within the images.

More and more people gather around the Doom structure where it becomes highly energized.
One of the leader walk up the center of the structure and he releases his messages to the crowd. Crowd there seems to go crazy immediately once he touches his equipement. In fact, they were screaming when he walk up the structure.

Wait a minute. This no UFO. This is no government secret project. This is no midieval reglious offering. This is JUST A MUSIC FESTIVAL!!!!


24 hours music, 20+ Djs, 20+ Live bands from all over the world! What an international gathering!
Hope you enjoy my LED lighted stage and site. So sad, I cannot bring the music home to you guys but if you are into it, I probably can find some of the DJs' websites. Foreign DJ's usually have couple free songs in their site to DL.

The festival offers a varieties of activities such as
1)Yoga(i have no pics as I have no time to join the work shops.
2)Film preimering with the school of filming from NYU-I do not have time to visit either
3)Self Defense for the ladies

(pic 13)Nothing beats a bon fire that units us all from all parts of the nations and the world. People from different walks of life, from different culture, religions and parts of the world gather around the fire and talks our hearts out.

Something we do in the festival to keep out our body and mind together plus our souls.
Why the soul too? Because without the soul, you cannot enjoy the hoop as much as these people do.

Of course, you can just treat it as a way to keep your figure.

Good luck with coming back to this earth!!! cool pictures... LED's are doing great all the sps are very happy with great polyp extention..... and the new sps seem to love the light no matter where I put them in the tank!!!! Thanks Again..

You don't need to eat any of this local produce to feel good about this festival.


This is not a rave BTW even though couple rave professionals are seen here too. There is a big difference bewteen rave and psy trance while some instructments are same, music, loud speakers, club lightings and blah blah blah.

One famous psy trance figure is Goa Gil, he does month long music in the desert in NC every year to talk to the spirits of the earth(hmmm) as a ritual. His music is very tribal and sometimes amazingly resembling the tribal rituals in the old days(I mean tribes that wear almost nothing and hunt rabbits for living.)

Rave is more about getting oneself wasted which I think more of an escape from reality or rebelious act while psy trance is more about making yourself more aware of the surroundings(nature), inner feelings(love) and probably in search of the higher god(spiritual exploration-I don't have any religious beliefs. )))) You would be amazed by how many loyal religious people of VARIOUS religions sharing the space and try to communicate with each other.

If you are into the psy trance(not the commercial trance) music, the music gives you the engery to dance whole night and whole day by itself. While rave need lots of alcohol(legal drugs) and other(not so legal drugs) to power your body. Good psy trance DJs can put the beat to work with your heart to excercise your heart and body, somewhat like aerobics in a more pleasant form. War drums psy up solider's courage, psy trance exercise your heart beat and make you energetic the whole day.

Note:
-Barefoot Seny is from the country and have energy to spare for the whole festival so is a helper(Jason) from across the valley, he probably is the one who has the most endurance amount all workers including the two American Finest pictured before. He can work all day all night and still have energy to meet people, enjoy the fest while most of us who come from the city collapsed. Building these structures are like "men vs nature". The terrestrial down pour every 4-8 hours make us weary of the clouds all day. Since we are using electric tools, we must cover all our tools in time when the down pour occurs while making use of every second where daylight is available. The sun sets really quickly in the mountians comparing to in the city. It's takes less than 30 minutes and the whole place becomes pitch dark. The morning dew is wetter than you just finish shower. The paths are muddy but this wettness keeps the wet land healthy for water filtration, so that the NYC drinking water can be safe to drink. DEP wants to buy all these area to make them into a huge natural filter. Ironically, the water that sprunk from the springs does not look anything like the bottled ones. At least, I hestitated to swim in those springs. LOL
-Clean air is one of the most important factor to power us there. Good mother nature. There are tons of mosquitos and surely they bite. You won't feel itchy(even if you try to find the bite spots-you will not find them) at all during the stay in the mountains but once you get back to city, the bite spots swell. I have to travel couple times between the city and the site and notice this phenomenon. I guess this has to do with pollution here in the city -need my doctor friends to verify this hypothesis though.
