How to DL pics and videos from iPhoen to PC?

I have bunch pics/video taken with iPhone but don;t know to to DL them back to PC.

I DL the iTunes already; I synced the iPhone to the PC but the synced data is a database format not standard jpg, mp4, mp3.... format.

Can someone help?
