whats the oriniation of the elagence?? i know the ones from australia are suposedly very hard and do well in reef tanks, and the other one doesnt do so well and will eventually die... (or maybe i have it backwards) just curious bc i love them and the look soo cool.. yours looks great!

Lets just say that its the most I've spent so far on a coral AND HOPEFULLY THE MOST I EVER WILL...but I needed a piece like that in my tank. Also, these things really expand after you put them in the tank. Its much bigger than it was yesterday so be careful what size you pick up. They have a lot of them and they apparently go fast.

trendz: not sure. I can call MA and find out but i really hope I have the one that will live!

Beautiful coral!! Has always been my favorite.;) BTW, it doesn't matter what size you buy it at, they do grow you know.:) Mine has doubled in size since I got it 2yrs. ago.;)

Mike, I have always heard/read that the Aussie's are supposedly the hardier ones as already stated by NYReef.;)
