Super simple fish if you get one that doesn't kill any other wrasse you put into the tank, or any other fish you try to add after him in smaller tanks.
They get very territorial =0) Beautiful fish though.

They're also known (although not always, of course) to eat smaller inverts.

i just put one in my tank three days ago. he is struggling a little bit dealing with the other fish. my gramma, bullet, checkerboard, and flame angel is messing with him. he is fighting back though so thats good and eats like a champ. im hoping everything works well

He's not that mean (I think, lol), although he has recently started chasing my Tinkerri Butterfly....

It all depends on the size of your tank. Right now he's in a 300g tank and the only reason he chases the Tinkerri is because it hangs around his territory.....
