Timing is everything

I was just futzing with my camera in the office and this guy decided to rear his head. I was lucky enough to get a few pics, so here you go. I have no idea how he got in there, as the tank was started up with only marco rock and some rubble from my main tank, but there ya go.

It's a bristle worm. Probably hitch hiked on the coral rubble or in the live sand.

nasty bristleworm.....do not try to pluck it out, it will only break and re-grow.

haha thanks b. yeah, it is a large bristle worm. and i have no interest in removing it, as it is the only thing i have found that munches on dictyota. im actually trying to figure out how to move it back into my main tank at home...
