It's about 90 miles from NYC

Its about an hour and a half drive on the palasades from NY...that highway is gorgeous though....however, traffic sucks!!! It took me 3 hours to get there and 3 hours to get back!

Has anyone ever stayed in the Mountain House? I looked at prices and it was completely ridiculous.

The prices are way too high...if you don't stay there just to eat is $65 a person.

We just threw a 70th birthday party for my uncle there. We did the Sunday morning brunch. It's not the first time we ate there, but the most recent. It's the best breakfast/lunch/dinner all in one you ever ate. The shrimp bar is amazing (the shrimp are the size of your fist). The chocolate fountain is awesome. Carving bar, omelet station, crepe station.........awwwww man I'm hungry now.
