Help up loading pics

Just got a new camera and I'm having trouble up loading my pics. Some up load fine and some don't I cant figure out what I'm doing wrong.:irked:

check the file size. it might b 2 big

your right there too big. How can you change the file size? This is all new to me

use can resize with most photoshop software. heres 1 free from http://www.irfanview.net/
open the pic n resize under image tab. it also does batch( many pics at once)
