Which lens will produce the best quality?

Which will produce better qulity for its $$$?
Nikon 70-300mm f/4.5-5.6G ED-IF AF-S VR Zoom-Nikkor===$450
Nikon 55-200mm f/4.5-5.6G ED AF-S VR DX Zoom-Nikkor===$230
Nikon 70-300mm F/4-5.6G AF Zoom-Nikkor Lens(not a "VR", and no auto zoom)===$140

I don't know how often people have to give this advice. Go to BH photovideo try. Try the different lenses. Make up your own mind. Seriously, that's the only way you'll be 100% happy.

I am not sure what u mean by "Go to BH photovideo try"...
If u look at my question , i think it is as specific as it can get...

B & H Photo is a store on the west side which will allow to test various lens on your camera. You can then decide which is best for you.

BTW, the link I posted has hands-on reviews.
