my hanna is consistent. However, there is alot of room for user error ie. (dirty vial, air bubbles, etc.)

I totally agree with you. A dirty vial is most of the time the culprit.:anger2:

Okay here's an update on that last coral..I ended up fraging it to stop peeling,but I haven't seen the polyps in 2 days....I'm convinced I can bring it back...It's now in 7 pieces...Due to an accidental drop when I took it out to cut it up..Hey didn't even have to use the dykes...

Unlikely that it is dead if it still has skin/color. Good gentle flow and maybe a quick dip in some lugols or Tropic Marin Pro Coral Cure would help a bit.

Well tonight when my lights came on the polyps were out...yessss....Back in business...Doing well...even after accidental frag with no dykes...Water quality baby...thanks for the info on fraging Jhale...The wosrt part of the fragging incident was I almost busted my ass from the top of my tank on a bar stool to the floor..lmao...

Well He's back and this time only 2 colonies..The first is a superman monti that is 2.5in by 2.5in..
The second is a monti confusa colony that is 6.5in by 6.5in.. Never had a confusa this big I got a Tyree limited from a friend a while back that is 1"X1" taking forever to grow out...lol
Okay so here are the Before pics when I got these pieces a couple of days ago..
And I will be updating this with a possible Dslr with a mac lens.. (present I am predicting I might get soon)... Maybe.. Either that or a vacation...

The polyps still come out on both so they aren't gone yet,, and I've seen worse.. The blue tint has come back a little on the superman monti in only 3 days 13in away from my 400 watt reeflux 12ks... Loking good for now.. The confusa ha s a little green tint... If I didn't know what this coral was I would think it was a rare yellow monti confusa,,,lol..

They both have a nice optimistic tint to them but mainly still bleached the polyps are still out though..
