My Mandarin is a Thief

Observing this creature has led me to believe that it is either very very slow or very very dumb and its a thief......when i feed the tank all the mysis hits this guy in the head and floats by and he goes crazy trying to catch it....so the little bugger just waits and decides to take it from any coral it can..this time I caught it stealing from the blastos....

Actually he did....i didnt notice i caught him in the picture....the hermit was racing towards the food and the mandarin got spooked and knocked it over...
