Photos for YouTube

Does anyone know any tips for posting photos on YouTube? I have some great shots I would love to show off, but when I put them in movie form, add music, then compress to fit on the site, the photos become blurry. Would changing a setting on the camera help?

What software are you using to resize your pictures?

It would be best if you resized your pic in a photo editor first then less compression it needed when you compress the movie file

iPhoto, and iMovie to Quicktime.

I will try that. I always just drag them into the movie program then resize it when I'm done.
