I service this tank every 2 weeks. We change 30 gallons each visit. The owner also helps by dosing B Ionic on a daily basis. Calcium is usually around 400 & Alkalinity around 9.6. Nitrate & Phosphate almost 0.
I think I said the phosphates are almost zero, they usually test about .03 on salifert kit. We run a phosban reactor with Rowa phos that we change whenever the phosphate level starts to climb. I guess that's about every 6 weeks. There's also 2 micron socks that get changed every 2 weeks. They help to remove the junk before the bacteria breaks it down. There's a Euro Reef skimmer, not sure what model but think it's oversized for the tank. Light bulbs, I know there's 3 actinic and I think the other 3 are Aquablue??? All Giessman bulbs. The bulbs get changed about every 9 months.
