A trick I learned when shooting people who are looking into the sun is to
line them up, then have them close thier eyes. meter, and compose the shot. On the count of three have everyone open their eyes, and snap the pic. It helpes with the squiting. I didn't think it would work untill I tried it.

(it's a little overexposed. too much white. Try shoting 2/3 to 1 full stop under! (Or just photoshop it.)
