Okay, finally the black hole that's been sucking up all my time, money, and energy for the past month is done!!!!! Here are the first shots of the new 125, completed yesterday! Man I'm tired!

I designed and built the entire stand and canopy from scratch, used about 2/3 of the substrate from my 75 that this moved from to seed the sandbed, plus 80lb of new florida crushed coral, and went with all-VHO lighting. I ended up losing my coral beauty (actually my wife's...dammit!), but other than that I think the move went pretty well.

Last ones for now. Now the only problem is I'm so excited about the tank, but have no money to put anything new and cool in it! :?

I absolutely love the shark fins on the doors of the cabinet.

Can't wait until the tusk is in there...then you'll take 500 pics of it. :)

Peace,

Chip

No idea; haven't seen one before or since. I got it at premium aquatics about a year and a half ago. :)

Everything looks great. I really like the stand, saying that I have only one thing to add:

Sorry Bryan, didn't see that at first. I got them at Menards, but I've also seen them as special order at lowe's. :)

The hermit crab is commonly called a halloween hermit crab.

All the halloween hermits I've seen have been black and orange with thick bands, not the thin striping that this guy has. Might be a variant though.
