Thanks Ronen and thanks everyone for your kind words. In a very real sense, this system is in no small part a MR system. (For some of the newer members do a search for the tank build thread or the earlier philanthropic thread to fully understand).

The tank just hit the 4 month mark (most of the animals are significantly older) and has really begun to settle down. Increased growth and coloration are now noticeable weekly as we head toward that magical 8-9 month sweet spot.
To answer a few questions:
1) the branching hammer is roughly 10 years old and I've given away at least 2-3x its current size over the years. It has always done well for me, and if I may be permitted a bit of name dropping, the closeup shot of Euphyllia parancora in Julian Sprung's quick coral ID guide is of this coral.
2) the maxima clam is covered in zoanthids... anyone have any zoanthid eating nudis?
3) the keys to large colonies are as Ronen states... primarily stop fragging so often:)

Thanks Kris. This a Montipora undata I got from Jim last night. I'll post a few more pics of some new stuff from Jim/House of Fish now that I know what I'm doing. LOL
