Ventralis anthias. Definitely one of the prettiest fish available, though fairly difficult to acclimate to prepared foods. Anyone who is keeping them successfully should pat themselves on the back!
Thanks guys. I've had the Ventralis for a number of months. It's the lone survivor from a trio and is doing very well and settled with the Borbonius. It eats flakes, pellets, mysis and even bits of nori the naso leaves. It started off eating nutramar ova and finely chopped mysis. I got it as a female from Pop Corals and it's turning into a male.
