Overall new guy I suppose

New to reefing, just bought my first tank and its in the process of delivery and set-up. But I saw this section and it also happens I'm pretty new to photography as well. I bought my first DSLR (Nikon d5200) a few months back and I'm currently taking a into to photography class in college. I gonna be browsing the forums, hopefully I can pick up some tips here on how to photograph my new tank once it is up and running.

I haven't even taken delivery of all my equipment yet, but I have a couple pics of what I have so far.











Tank, Canopy, and sump are coming this week.

what are your tank dimensions ?
looking at your stand I think you only need 2 of these Radeon fixtures

48x36x27. We were gonna do 2 and upgrade to 4 later, but rather than drill extra holes in the canopy i went with 4 from the jump. Tank canopy and sump ought to be here thursday or friday.

Update, My tank, canopy and sump have arrived and been installed. Mixed water last night, added sand bed, and 200pounds of live rock.
Some new pics:

Nice start ur moving at very fast paste but great job so far it's nice to see some new tank been put up in the Bronx

I have help thankfully lol. But yea we are moving right along. I mixed water, put in live sand and rock. Just being patient for now.

Dubs I'm from the bronx, moved up to westchester now, that's where I've got this tank. But I'm still repping haha
