Sun Coral

This sun coral has been in my boyfriend's tank for many months. We have relocated it quiet a few times hoping to promote it to open.





What was the trick? Natural Sunlight!

I was about give up hope on this coral but it's starting to act correct and that not a worm that a star fish I have worms but u will never see them in My tank my wrasse don't play no g

They can be in any light high or low but high flow is a must. I had mine right on top I'm direct light with high flow he came out every night! Even came out parts of the day. The best food to use cyclop-eeze mixed with mysis shrimp. After you have him opening up at night you can train them to come out during the day time by feeding them during the day. Make sure you try to feed every head or they will start to die-off. Good luck and happy reefing!!

If that is a green serpent star fish I would keep an eye on it. They are notorious fish and shrimp eaters. Their nickname is "Green Death"
