Is this sale for all of your stores? I shop in the Setauket store but every time I've gone in there (and spent A LOT) I am always told we know nothing of these sales and they won't honor it. Because of this I have taken my business elsewhere the past few months. I've lost hundreds on these "sale prices" that are never honored.

They are own by independent owner if I remember correctly and dont run the same sale. You should definetly visit the one in Copiague. Definetly worth the drive. Lots of selections.

I've been there but it's a bit too far for me. I find this confusing since your post it listed right under the posted locations of all 3 stores. Your adds should state Copiague only. I'm not trying to make an issue out of this but it shouldn't be listed on this site the way it is. If the other two store don't honor these sales and are privately owned they should not all be listed together under these adds. I know there are many of us that have the same issue. This was even expressed to me by store members. When you ran the salt sales a few months back they honored that. So why only honor certain sales?

It's honored at all locations if it's added in his post. Take your phone and show the person at the register about the sale.

Thanks Duke. Sometimes they will when the main employee is there (can't remember his name but extremely nice guy). But if he's not there it's mostly kids who look at me like i'm crazy and won't honor it. After not getting the discount on multiple occasions it's gotten to the point where I know what he drives and if I see his truck in the parking lot I go in. If not I keep driving to my next favorite location. They have told me there never notified of any of the discounts and that the customers know more then they do. It's def not good for there business.

Can you please forward that information to the other locations. It would be greatly appreciated by the members here as we'll as the staff at your stores. Since I know I will still have issues with this can I simply tell them to call the copaigue to verify it?
