Blue Chromis fungus?

One of our 3 Chromis has about 10 raised white spots 1/16th" , round, and perhaps increasing over the last week. Best I can delineate from the literature is a fungus disease stress related. Will look to try and quarantine ...

Any ideas? Not any other known disease that we can distinguish
