Alyssa, if you guys had honored my credit for the dead clam I bought at a swap instead of directing me to your site where you say that credits expire you probably would have gotten more business out of me. But I was treated so matter of factly and denied a credit I had no idea expired that you guys could be selling clams at the next swap for 20 bucks and I wouldn't buy one...
My clam died I bought at macna also. I will say that Alyssa was very helpful. Although she didn't give me a free clam ( that's what I wanted ). She did make me happy in the end. I would have to disagree with Alfredo respectfully. She reply to my email on a Saturday.
Sorry for the delayed response, the fastest way to get in contact with us with via email or phone. We sponsor many different online communities and do not always check these everyday for new posts or messages.
If I am remembering correctly you contacted us several months ago about a loss you had had several years prior. We do our very best to work with all of our customers and want them to be happy with their purchases but there is only so much we can do when an extended period of time has passed between the incident and when we are contacted. This is especially true for a frag swap purchase where we cannot easily verify the details of the purchase or any followup that has already occurred. If you would like to discuss the matter further please shoot us an email and we will be happy to look in to it for you.
No. I contacted you within a year of the frag swap where I had purchased the clam. I was actually treated quite rudely on the telephone. I was in Baltimore on business and called to see if I could use my credit at your location. I was told no. Look at my previous posts to MR, I posted more details. You can also check the private messages sent and received here where you extended the credit originally.
