Livestock and algae is BOGO until noon EST of Sunday June 5th. Deadline is strict! :)

(The smiley face was so I don't seem like a jerk, but the deadline really is strict.)

Mangroves BOGO? Sure. Dwarf Ceriths? Why not. There are only a few exceptions to this one:

These items are not 2 for 1:

Urchins
Sea Hares
Conchs
Turbograzers
Dry Goods (Rock, Food)
Codium
Halymenia

No retroactive application of this offer. Sorry folks, but we couldn't offer things like this if we did.
Please do not combine any discounts with this offer.
Free items do not get refunds or credits, etc...they are free after all.
No Rainchecks on this one.
No Group Buys can take advantage of this offer

To take advantage of the offer leave us the note "BOGO 14 hour sale" or something to that effect.

Thanks again for your continuing support!

All the Best,

I feel dumb for not putting it in there. No more sales on the run for me! :)

BOGO - means Buy One Get One. This is a good sale, even though I didn't come prepared.

Hi, I just have a question.
What is the difference between the blue leg hermit crab, and the assorted hermits? the blue leg hermit crab is also included into the assorted selection.

also, how many dwarf cerith snails are recommended per gallon?

thanks!

the blue legs in the assorted mix are larger, the assorted hermits tend to be larger species, and there is a few different kinds. Basically adult hermit communities are mixed with blue legs, thin legs (although they are juvies), jades etc... We keep them together for that tank, and the blue leg tank comes from a spot that is 99% blue legs.

Thanks!

Of course I have left a few things out (what is new? :) ) so here are some answers to Q's I have had:

Q - Is there a code I should use?
A - nope, just order half of what you want and then I will double it manually. Dont forget to leave a note!

Q - Can I add to a order I made last week?
A - Yes, choose a free shipping option and I will combine it

Q - Is there a limit to how many snails that can be shipped with Priority Mail?
A - Yes. Livestock packages are light and incur a balloon rate at a certain size that is pretty much equal to overnight mail. So we have a size limit for the box, at some point we cannot continue separating them among other bags, and we like to give them some space in shipping. Plus there is a risk issue...anyway here are the limits we like to keep:

25 - fl ceriths
40 - large nerites
80 - nassarius

Thanks! Let me know if you have any more questions.
