This thread is for any suggestions you might have. Being as SupremeReef is a new start-up company, we encourage any (and all) suggestions or concerns that YOU might have. I think customer service is key to being successful, so please help me help you!

What would you like to see as far as corals.... More Frags?... Colonies?... Mini Colonies? ...SPS?... LPS?... Softies?

What about dry goods? Any specific items that you want me to have in stock?... What about 'group buys'?... How about offering some things bundled together? Ex. small tank for QT with heater, airstone, mini tank, light, etc.



Please let me know your suggestions so we can mold our company to better YOU! I hope to get some honest feedback on here! Thanks everyone!

How about competitive prices such as Mr. Coral offers.....$10 SPS frags etc. Walk in specials is also nice. What about a discount for LIRA (Long Island Reef Association) and Manhattan Reef Members? Competitive prices on salt is always good....

10$ frags are always out there but you will get what you pay for.. your never gonna find a watermellon milli for 10$ your gonna get a 1/2 piece of generic acro.. id say the best thing is to have stuff that you cant find at every store u walk into.. have a reasonalble price and be there when your cutomers need you to be..

They are mostly diy or super expensive
So an affordable option would be awesome.

i was a little skeptical about supreme reef and driving 35 miles to get there but after meeting the guys and seeing the stuff that they have and the prices and quality of their corals that made me realize that i wish they were a little closer to westchester but definately worth the ride, thanks guys
