Usually the nice guys don't get mentioned enough and I wanted to take a minute to thank two of the hands down NICEST, most helpful guys I have ever come across in ANY of the hobbies I have been involved in.
First up is Jeremy (Jerl77). From day one he was always quicck to answer my questions and never seems to get annoyed. I was in the market for an RO unit and he told me he had a used one if I wanted it. 4 Stage. I quickly said sure! How much? His answer..... NOTHING. Yep you read that right. He said at some point I will help him out and that the hobby is better that way. I would buy him a frag but that incredible tank of his doesn't have the room
So thanks Jer!
And Russ from SWC. To ask for any better customer service would be unfair and quite honestly rediculous. Less than 2 hours ago Russ helped me out in a way most stores/people would never do. He has certainly gained a loyal customer for as long as I am in this hobby!
