Apple app to check application size on your device?

Hey, and one know a good app for apple to see the actual size of each application on your iPad/iPhone. For instance, I only have 1.2 g of space left. I'm using 14g Right now and it says almost all of it is applications. I want to have a program that will show me the actual size of each application in either a chart or some sort so I know if it's big, and I can delete it if unwanted or unneeded and very large app. What app or program do you recommend trying? I'm looking for an application mainly for my iPad, but I'll download an iPhone app if I have to just to see the size of the files...

Yeah I don't have the 64, and don't have any movies on it, but I have a ok amount of apps, but I know some apps are larger then others and I wanted to find an app that will tell me what size all my current apps are...

And no not jail broken
