my 12 year old female German Shepard CJ just passed away she had Cancer of the spleen. she was diagnosed about 3 weeks ago she hung in there till my son Sal came home from college for spring break. she waited for him to go back to school yesterday.
she was at my feet sleeping I woke her to go out for the nite she was woozey, stumbled about 1/2 hour later she passed

I remember she did wait for him up untill this morning she would grab her ball and greet you with it in the morning

Sorry for your loss, I lost a dog to cancer too.It's very hard because it seems to strike so fast. At least she got to spend her last moments with someone who cared about her.

I feel so horrible for you. I went through it 2 years ago with my little "Girl" Lucia. She was my wedding present from my wife. Keep happy thoughts close. She was beautiful. RIP Girl.........

So sorry to hear about your loss! I always tear up when I hear of the loss of a dog. I have a huge soft spot in my heart for dogs. RIP CJ

aw man she was gorgeous, im so sorry to hear that she passed. its amazing how our pets whether aquatic or terrestrial become members of the family...although you cant exactly cuddle a fish. in all seriousness i offer my condolences, when the time is right im sure youll have a new addition. hang in there.

hey im sorry for your loss , at times we forget that these pets of ours eventually become our other children , i hope you and your family find comfort knowing she is in the lords dogwalk now, love her always , forget her never , and keep her in your heart forever.

oh man.... really sorry to hear about that...... just think of all the great times that you guys had together.. i'm sure you took her to chase some ducks at Verona Park....

we still have an 11 year old Alaskan malamute truthfully when her time goes we are going to take a break for a while we have had three dogs ( all at the same time) for the past 15 shadow the oldest passed a couple of years ago

Hey sorry to hear, I know how you must feel, i had a 14yr old chow that died last yr. Its hard to think about how we get attached so easily and the time flies by.

Sorry for your loss. I had a gold retreiver growing up we got him as a pup. We had to put him to sleep because he could not walk and was just suffering. Real sad day when me and my brother had to take him to the shelter to have him put down. We had to carry him out off the truck. He was like a brother to me justs hairier. Had him for 18 years. Rip
