The way I see it Don, is that in a years time all of our computers will be really slow. You think that G5 youre using will still be apples latest and greatest?

Not everybody is into the graphic design aspect of it so if its something that you use for surfing typing etc then its fine.

Well, it's too late since I just bought it.

1 month old 12" powerbook should last me few years, I hope. My three year old ibook still runs great since I only use it to surf and email in my bed, this new powerbook is faster and I will load up the ram on it too.
