I'm still alive, still have my 155 BF mixed reef. The tank as well as me took a beating these past few months, but we are both still hanging in.
Tank suffered some over heating, and neglect issues, and therefor I lost just about every sps I had, a couple of lps as well. But that which survived is doing well. I am trying to do my best with it.
As some may remember I was to have Total Knee Replacements this October. Well after meeting with the surgeon I was told that I would not be guaranteed pain free out come because I am dealing with Fybromyalgia as well. Further more I would never be able to kneel for the rest of my life, because of the chance of dislocating the artificial knees. So I decided that I will continue to deal with the pain until a better alternative is made available.
Now to add to my poor maintenance of my tank, my step father was taken a little ill. I had to move him in to a rehab/nursing home near me, and bring my mom to stay with me. I am currently running back an forth to the nursing home, as well as looking to get them into one of the senior citizen homes out by me on the Rock. Their apartment is in LES in Manhattan, way to difficult for me to care for them.
So that is what has been happening with me.
I will try to come online a little more as things start to settle down.
