Fishing recommendations

Hey Gang I am planning on taking the family out fishing on saturday can anyone give me some places on where to fish I am bring my family with 4 kids all under 6 years old so I need a place where there's a park and shore fishing no charter boats. Also can anyone also tell me where I can go clamming as well

Captree has a pier you can fish off of that is near the party boats. I think there is also a bait and tackle store there as well
