Anyone where's a good place for crabbing? Was thinking taking some kids and do some crabbing.. Thanks

Keep in mind that local regulations vary from place to place. I believe that blue claws have to be 5" across, according to NYS regs, but other communities impose other regulations...for example, in Southold no females can be kept. This appears to be a good crab year, so you will probably do well wherever you go, but check up on the local regulations.

The crabs need to be at least 4 1/2 inches and most people do not take females.
