How The Military Sets Up A Reef Tank

Marines
Buy a non-reef ready tank, think about drilling the tank, then toss in some C-4 and hope for the best.

Army
Engineer a tank designed never to fail, built from steel and iron. Tear it down during a training mission and repeat.

Navy
Think about setting up a tank for 3 days, then go back to sea for another 6 months.

Air Force
Set up a beautiful SPS tank, fly for a month, come back to a crashed tank, repeat.

Coast Guard
Take plenty of time with everything. They have nothing better to do.

...Then contract out the setup and maintenance, and come back to find out that not only has taking care of the tank cost 400% more than you were first told, it's actually a cage full of lizards, and, beyond all belief, all of the lizards somehow have ich.

Yeah but the best thing about the coasties and their tanks is that everytime they stick their hands in the water or step in saltwater they get seapay for that day so they can always afford new corals! LOL
