yeah man either way good luck. like i said i like the car alot, dont know about calling it a comaro, but it is a sexy car. there is not nothing wrong with mopar though. personally i never owned one but i know ALOT of people who always says mopar or nothing. ford is solid too but there all starting to look the same, interior wise. personally that new SHO is the nicest f'in sedan out there for the price. twin tubo sho....ohh god dont get me started. i love it. drove one before and damn can that thing move! anyway, like i said its a good choice, way better then the genises at least!

I would have to agree with you on this one.
I owned a 2004 Lightning and I loved every minute of it. For $33,000 you could not beat 380hp with a supercharger!
I pulled up next to a Camaro yesterday, and wasn't all that impressed. Would have liked to heard bit more of a rumble. Or, at least, the exhaust would be the first thing that I would change!

a new camaro is def not a sleeper... lol.. besides if you "hook up the exhaust" people will know its got a lil balls.. and they do..big ones!!! theyre ment to stand out, be obnoxious and look sharp.. dont kill it with dull wheels..enjoy the car and let me know when u wanna run old school vs new school!!! hahah...pinks? lol:scratch:

I been an automotive technician for 12 years and that car is junk I had 5 of those cars come in for problem with there electrice steering and rack and all were from 15000 to 25000 mile cars .Now thats is a car that had to go back to the dealer. This car is junk

so im asuming you work for chevy?? i used to work for hyundai/jeep chrysler.. i did tons or repairs on them too.. ever notice if you work in the hospital seems like everyone in the world is dying?? lol or when you work for a specific dealer seems like your always doing the same things...besides its a new car first model off the line.. theres always kinks to work out.. remember the variable displacment caddy engine?? the 8-6-4?? POS right? well now its a pretty standard feature on most v8 engines expecially with the hemi...just a thought!!

the new camaro is very much a retro of the 67 the ss i do believe has a stick of 35k or so but when they first came out dealers were doing private bids on them, very nice choice on the car, i do agree that first 3 yr's of a new car make ur the test rat to find the problems, and definately get the extended warranty if the camaro is only 3 36
Just wondering...how does a 'fixable' problem at 15-25K, make this a piece of junk. In your 12 years of tech-ing, what brand of vehicle did not ever have any problems? Have you heard that, for ANY new car dealer to be successful, their service dept. should cover their 'fixed' expenses...meaning...repairs and replacement parts are what pays the bills...new and used car sales are 'gravy'. No repairs= no need for techs.
FYI, last week, I picked up a 2010 S class Mercedes (6 figure $ car) with less than 5K...so many problems, it was a 'factory buyback'...are all MBs junk?

how about a nice srt dodge challenger...6 speed manual trans almost 500 hp..i have the ss trailblazer..its ok...396hp ls2...needs more balls....there are some nice looking camaro's though....a nice orange with flat black stripped ss2 would look nice in the driveway....o yeaaa..... good luck with the new car man....

I work on all cars and gm makes junk now the older gm were better made then now thay have from 02 wiring problems to rack problems to lifter problems on all there new cars . I never changed a starter or water pump or alternator or rack in a foreign car with 55k. And dont get me started with the northstare motor. Thay have been having problems with that motor for years and still havent fixed that motor yet same problem tell now.Dont get me started with fuel pump and hub bearings that go on gm as well. I can go on and on . But for all the people here that own foreign cars have you ever change a fuel pump or starter or rack in your car that has say 95k I think not. There are other car other than gm that make junk to.

i dont understand how its a limited edition. i have never seen a "limited edition". having the "rs/ss" is just an upgradable package for an additional 1200 bucks.

i just made the chevy 2ss on chevys website and the most i got it to with ALL upgrades was only 45,845. and thats with EVERYTHING.
50g's for that. u can get a gt500 for that price range if u want a muscle car. i dont know anyone would would blow 50g on a comaro unless they got ripped off.

Do me a favor Add destination charges Nj sales tax(you know what tax is right) of yeah and a gas guzzler fee of $2/3k and whats the number? And again the car is 1 of 15 made in that coloration and so on and the rims are not 20 inch they are factory limited edition like 22's or bigger.

soo ur saying he pretty much went on chevy's website, clicked every option and ordered it online? because if he did he overpaid wayyyyyy too much.
and that did include everything besides tax. but the way i have it made that much... he does not have the car with that price tag i tried to make. with all the crap i put in... JUST to get the price up... i added a six speed automatic ($1,185) ground effects package which i dont see on his car ($2,265) body stripe package ($350) and alot of other bullcrap stuff im sure he does not have im sure cause its pointless like some smokers package and ect.... he may claim to have paid 52000 on that car, but these is nothing to put in that car to make it that much....except to overpay on it way to much and someone get commision on it.

same car. the rs. thats just the first one i found. i see a bunch new going for 30-40. auto trader, look up the rs/ss... and just to make sure i made sure to only look at ones with maybe 100-500 miles so its still considered "new".
