i had a redbelly piranha several years ago. Bought in it in a store in chinatown, thought it was a "silver dollar" or a "pacu", until it ate all its friends. The thing grew to be almost a foot long and weight 5lbs. it was all muscles. It died in a power outage. It was like a garbage diposal. it was scary cleaning the tank.
