How did it happen you ask?

Well Michelle spent the night at my house on Friday, so Saturday we woke up like it was any other day. Made breakfast (really lunch), we carved our pumpkin for halloween and then I went to watch TV while she played on farmville. For those of you that don't know farmville is a farming game (yes i know FARMING) on facebook. So while she was busy plowing and planting her land, i was breaking into a very very not so cool sweat that kinda gave my "coolness" away:lol2:

Anyhow the ring was hidden in the bottom draw of my dresser in the plastic bag it was given to me in. So I laid there trying to figure out how to get it out of the bag without her hearing me since she would be 5ft away from me on the comp. Tony lent me a lens to play around with and since it was a plastic bag I figured that would be my cover. So i gently placed that in the draw while ruffling the bag to make noise while I get the ring out of the bag and into my hand.

So I dont know what happened next but I was sorta frozen, for those of you that dont know I get very very nervous and freeze up sometimes. After about 3 years I still get nervous around her sometimes, silly i know but i do. So I was there frozen on the floor felt like my legs had just melted away. The ring was sitting on top of my t-shirts drawer open when she turned and asked me why I've been acting weird all day, mind you i thought i was being normal So I start to get these really really nervous giggles, like a fool. So i get up to go over to her before she comes over to me. So she starts asking me what im doing? do i have her ring? why am i being weird? I keep saying no and yes in my not so smooth attempt to cover my master plan:lol2:

So now she gets up so i have to hug her and fall over onto my bed so she won't see the drawer open with a black box on top of white t shirts. So i finally convince her to sit there and cover her eyes and by this time shes pretty sure she knows whats coming but still doesnt quite believe i have it, cause I've done much tricking in the past to throw her off. So I tell her to cover her eyes with the pillow and to promise not to peek. So i just wander threw the apartment hitting random things and making noise all over the place to not let her know its been there all along.

So i come back into my room, her eyes still covered with a pillow I grab the ring and get down on one knee. She's in pj's and a white t-shirt of mine, I'm in shorts and vest - not the fanciest stuff, but I think its when she's most beautiful So I'm down on my knee and you guessed it the phone rings, damn phone I hate that phone. So answer the phone, her eyes still covered still not 100% whats going on.

I get off the phone, get back down on one knee open the box and tell her its okay to look. She peeks out from under the pillow and from what she tells me she had a face like this :Yikes:. She sits up and puts the pillow to the side and now not only am i crazy nervous, but I can't make words lol. So I just sit there on one knee for a few seconds looking at her and she says "Are you gonna ask me?" in the cutest way I could've ever imagined. I then mustered up my voice and asked her "Will you marry me?" and of course she said "Yes":birthday: The time was 3:53PM on Saturday October 24th. And now we're going to live happily ever after
