O.T. Parrots: Seed or Pellets?

Lots of you guys have parrots, and other birds.
Do any of you feed your birds "Perfect Pellets" or any similar pellet diet?
I use the seed mix foods, I mix them around so the diet is varied (plus other goodies like dry breakfast cereals, green veggies, fresh fruit, dried fruit, dried hot peppers, dog biscuits, etc.) but is there any benefit to going to pellet rather than seed with the above added foods??

I dont feed any pellets to Sony ,he is a picky bird. he get Nutraberrys ,fresh cut fruits ,veggy.and avi cakes ,(a pancake of seeds and vita for the bird )that it for food
Also i feed him most of everything i eat ,Pasta ,steaks ,chicken ,rice .etc ,
