Easy way to get a new IP address. Login to your router. Change your MAC address on the router/cable modem to something else. Recycle the router. When your bring the cablemodem back the DHCP server should assign you a new IP address.

Someone else mentioned a proxy. You could use www.hidemyass.com and it will see that IP instead of your real one.

Make sure you wipe out all the cookies on your machine they may also use that to track who you are.
