your home page is a bit too simple n not attracting enough.
if anything, your catalog page looks better to be home page.
home page should be enticing enough so people want to stay n look around.
a lot of site r using stuff like macro flash n other java emblemed stuff to achieve this.

Thank you all for the comments. this is just the start, i hope. lol im not a designer. someone's doing this for me. so your suggestions will help me make it better. so what do you think i should do? more graphics on the homepage? this is not an online store. this site will only serve as a catalog for my customers. CMS will be intergrated this week. the catalog will be updated with more products. i think a "contact us" form will be added. anything else i need?

I actually write content for websites on the side and if you are looking to get more hits you should research SEO writing. The basic rules are to use a range of 450-600 words per page with a 4% repetition of key words so that you can get better hits. Good luck with the site...I was looking for a vaporizer...maybe for the new year!

You might want to ask your designer to save your images as .gif saves a little time when loading.
