please help fix my computer

i cant go on this chat room for some reason and i miss it.can someone explain what might be wrong and how i can fix it.i dont know what kind of firwall or whatever i have i am computer illiterate.if someone can go step by step to help me fix this problem i will appreciate it...james

are u talkin bout the rg? check n see if your rg is enable by going to user cp-options-scroll to bottom option n makes sure "Do you want to display RG on the homepage?" is checked.

no that is not it.when i click on RG it just says "loading" and thats it.its a blank page

Lets try this, in Internet Explorer go to Tools --> Internet Options. Go to the Advanced tab and there should be about half way down an option to restore advanced settings. Click that, click ok and shutdown and reopen internet explorer.

no that didnt work either.and i have no reef berry.i think they voted me out cause i tell dirty jokes on there.thats is for the guys who have been on here for 2 years :lol2: any other ideas.

Ok Duke now go to the Privacy tab in those same IE settings and hit the default button there also.

duke what about the security tab can you set any of those zones to default. if thats all default time to check to see if you have java installed.
