If anyone is interested in going Tuna or Shark fishing please let me know. We are looking for a final crew member to join us. All you pay for is what we all split to pay for. Gas, Food, Ice And Bait. Last tuna trip we went on it cost $1,255 to refill the boat when we returned. At the end of the trip all the meat it split between everyone involved. We are not a charter boat were just a group of guy's who love to fish offshore. There for there is a lot of work to be done when on the boat. There are no mates to do anything because we are the mates. There are two captains of the boat then there is us 4-5 mates. If you will like to know approx cost numbers for each please pm me. It's never set in stone because every trip is different. Tuna trips are leave Saturday morning and returning Sunday night. Shark trips are only one day trips. Also please keep in mind if you are interested in doing this is that once we leave the dock we do not return till the trip is over. So if u have never been on a boat in rough inshore seas or get sea sick i would suggest that you don't ask to come. We all have rods so you don't need to bring anything just yourself. If you would like to know more please ask here or pm me.

Fishfinder, what boat are you running?
I would jump on with you guys in a sec but I hurt my knee this season. Next season I would definitely join you guys.

FYI I am about to list shimano tiagra + tld 50ws + 80w with seeker/loomis rods on ebay. I have them listed in the market place on this website pretty cheap if you or anyone you know is interetsed.

For tuna it's between $250-$400 for a two day trip to the canyon

For shark it's usually between $100-$250 for a day in the ocean

No food is covered in the expense. Last trip we only got 30lbs (1 YFT) of tuna meat. We also had Mail Mail, Rock bass, and Ling cod meat. It was a tough trip all together but if u love to be outdoors and fish like us there is never a bad trip. The trip before that i didn't go due to i was out of state. My friend said they got 6 20lb YFT. As well as Tile fish and Mali Mali. Water and soada is onbord but beer u will have to bring yourself.

I don't know much about the boat because it isn't mine but what i do know it's a 35fter with twin turbo diesel engines. We get from FI inlit to the canyon in about 3 to 3 1/2 hours :D.

Thanks for the offer but we already have enough stuff to fill up two boats and still have to much left over. I will ask some other friends though to see if there interested.
